Consultancy Remuneration

Service-Based Remuneration

Consultants are remunerated based on their clients' service usage and platform engagement—NOT for recruitment or network building.

Compensation is tied to:

  • Client's active use of Frega services (Growth Points, Chat, etc.)
  • Client's engagement level on the platform
  • Quality of support provided (measured through Net Score system)
  • Client success and satisfaction

This structure ensures consultants are rewarded for delivering genuine value, not for signing up users who don't actually benefit from the platform.

Mentorship and Support Structure

Every consultant is supported by a more experienced consultant, creating a mentorship network:
