Consultants: Supporting Our Community

Community members who agree to operate within our guidelines and perform specific support mandates—while maintaining the highest levels of privacy regarding member data—may secure accreditation as Frega consultants.

Consultant compensation is linked to the services their clients purchase from the Frega library and their clients' level of engagement on the platform. Compensation is for support services delivered, not for recruitment or network growth. As part of accreditation, every consultant is supported and mentored by another experienced consultant, enabling them to share experiences and consult with each other on how best to serve their clients.

The mentoring consultant receives compensation for their support role. This arrangement ensures that if a consultant is unavailable, their mentor can step in seamlessly with full context to provide the same level of support. Additional consultants can be brought in for specialized assistance as needed.

To support their work, consultants have access to a 'Get Rid of the Red' management dashboard, with performance and efficiency measured through our proprietary Net Score system.

Geographical Community Coordinators

Every Frega user has a geographical position within our community map. To provide structure and local support, rather than opening expensive regional offices with employed staff, Frega awards contracts to Licensees who represent our community in specific geographical areas.

These Licensees coordinate local activities, serve as the go-to person for community needs, and provide the personal, face-to-face presence that complements our digital platform—because some aspects of community building can't be done digitally alone.

Licensees secure their appointment through a fee that contributes to building and maintaining our robust, management-light geographical infrastructure. These fees are not investments and do not entitle the Licensee to equity or financial returns. Working with Azure AI Foundry, Frega will provide a sandbox environment where community members can develop and publish AI agent tools that become available to all Frega users through a revenue-sharing model. This is planned for availability in the second quarter of 2026.
